Gwinnett QOV Quilters
Saturday, February 4th
10 am – 4 pm

We are meeting at:

Harmony Grove United Methodist Church
50 Harmony Grove Road
Lilburn  30047

We are meeting in their Fellowship Hall.  It is in the main building at the very left end (if you are facing the church).  It has direct access from the parking lot.

We are planning to have a covered dish lunch, so bring something to share with others – plus consider gluten free and vegan.  There is a kitchen off the hall with a coffee maker, microwave, oven and refrigerator.  We will provide the plates and plastic ware, napkins, cold drink cups, coffee and cups, creamer, sugar and sugar substitutes.  Bring a beverage of your choice, we will have ice water available.

Electrical outlets are along two sides of the room; however please bring an extension cord or better yet, a multi-outlet extension cord if you have one.  Lighting is via overhead chandeliers, so consider bringing a table top OTT light.

We will be sewing at both rectangular and round tables.  There will be plenty of space to accommodate your machine and all your supplies too.

We will have two ironing stations, so please do NOT plan to bring a personal iron.  We will also have a cutting station.  We will not be cutting batting or backing fabric.  We will bring several bolts of 45″ fabric – cut your own for the day’s projects.

Use your GPS to map your route to the church or do an internet query.

Basically……….

If you are close to Five Forks, take Five Forks heading toward Atlanta.  Turn right on Rockbridge Road (Walgreen’s on the corner).  Follow Rockbridge Road until it intersects with Harmony Grove Road.  Bear left onto Harmony Grove Road, go 5.4 miles, the church is on your right.  We are in the main building at the left end.

If you are closest to Hwy. 29 (Lawrenceville Highway), drive heading toward Atlanta.  The last intersection before Harmony Grove Road is Rockbridge Road.  Turn left onto Harmony Grove Road.  Go about ½ mile and the church is on your left.  We are in the mail building at the left end

Call me if you have any questions………Looking forward to a great day with lots of laughter and fellowship.
